The team you’ll work with: Our Product function is the engine of our business. They ensure we can provide the right products for the right clients at the right time. As a Director within the Global Treasury and Payments Advisory (GTPA) Team, you will be an individual contributor, responsible for the sale of commercial banking cash management and working capital products to the Middle Market Enterprise and Corporate segment of the Innovation economy. The value you’ll add: You will drive growth in, and support retention of, deposit balances working with Relationship Managers and Clients directly cross selling products based on identified needs to increase product penetration. Requirements:Proven experience in treasury and payment solution sales within financial institutions with a focus on mid-market and corporate clients Deep subject matter expertise on banking, treasury & payment products including: Liquidity solutions Global Banking Payment & Card solutions Highly experienced in origination and pipeline management skills to execute the sales strategy and meet sales targets Sound risk management and understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks, e.g. Consumer Duty Understanding of Corporate client profile and appropriate solutions needed. Experience responding to full banking RFP’s Represent the firm at relevant industry events and conferences Working knowledge of client data platforms Genuine passion for innovation and the ecosystem that drives the innovation economy Where you’ll be based: Our home office in Finsbury Square, London.
