Director - Salesforce Digital Platforms TeamAlexander Ash are working with a management consulting firm, aligned to a new growing Digital Platforms Practice with expertise across Salesforce Transformation. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering initiative backed by substantial investment, aiming for significant growth over the next 2-3 years.Hiring at Senior Manager and Director levels and must have management consulting expertise.Role and Responsibilities:Salesforce Expertise: Provide expert consulting and advisory services with a strong understanding of Salesforce. Possess sufficient technical knowledge to effectively guide clients without being overly technical.Industry Focus: Work primarily within Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Pharma sectors, utilizing key systems like Veeva and IQVIA within the Salesforce ecosystem.Salesforce in CFO Capacity: Leverage Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and Revenue Cloud to achieve comprehensive financial views, predictive analytics, and streamlined revenue recognition processes.Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and challenges, and develop solutions leveraging Salesforce to achieve business objectives.Senior Manager / Director: Expect to have sales, commercial, and new business experience, including bids, proposals, RFPs, and pricing within the solution offering.Leadership and Collaboration: Lead project teams, providing direction and support to ensure successful delivery. Collaborate with other practice areas within the consultancy to provide holistic solutions to clients.Salesforce Value Realisation - key aspects:Strategy Development: Assess client processes and systems, develop comprehensive Salesforce implementation strategies aligned with business objectives, and engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment.Implementation Oversight: Oversee the Salesforce implementation process, ensuring it stays on track, within budget, and meets quality standards.Post-Deployment Support: Monitor Salesforce implementation performance, identify areas for improvement, and work with clients to optimise the system for maximum value realisation.Ongoing Support: Provide continuous support and recommendations for enhancements to ensure Salesforce continues to deliver value as the client's business evolves.Benefit Measurement: Measure and report on the benefits realised from the Salesforce transformation, demonstrating the impact on key business metrics and ROI.Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies, including training, communication plans, and support structures to ensure smooth adoption of Salesforce.Join a dynamic team under the leadership of seasoned management consulting leader with extensive experience in technology growth strategy.
