This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a pioneering initiative backed by substantial investment, aiming for significant growth over the next 2-3 years.Hiring at Senior Manager and Director levels and must have management consulting expertise.About the Role:As a member of our ServiceNow Digital Platforms team, you will play a critical role in delivering strategic consulting services and driving business transformation for clients. We are looking for dynamic professionals who excel in both business development and project delivery.Key Responsibilities:ServiceNow Expertise: Provide expert strategic and advisory consulting services, focusing on Employee Experience and Operational Resilience/Risk modules within the ServiceNow suite.Strategic Consulting: Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee experiences and align solutions with client business goals.Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to tailor ServiceNow solutions to their unique needs and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.Workforce Transformation: Collaborate with the Workforce Transformation team to reshape and enhance clients' workforces.Business Development: For Senior Manager / Director level candidates, drive new business opportunities, create proposals, and expand market presence.Requirements:Consulting Experience: Proven experience as a management consultant with a strong background in ServiceNow.Technical Proficiency: Adequate technical knowledge to effectively advise clients without being overly technical.Core Skills: Strong expertise in Employee Experience and Operational Resilience/Risk modules, beyond traditional IT Service Management (ITSM).Client Engagement: Ability to understand and address unique business challenges, providing tailored solutions.Commercial Acumen: For Senior Manager / Director level candidates, strong commercial skills and a network to drive new business opportunities.Join a dynamic team under the leadership of seasoned management consulting leader with extensive experience in technology growth strategy.
