The Director, Total Rewards EMEA is responsible for supporting Total Rewards strategy by providing operational leadership in the design, development, analysis, implementation, administration, and communication of compensation programs that align to our business strategy and are designed to attract, reward, and retain highly qualified employees.Main Responsibilities Lead, analyze, design, analyze and implement the organization's Total rewards programs including, but not limited to, health and welfare plans, retirement plans, executive benefit programs, local allowances, voluntary benefit programs, job evaluations, salary administration, short and long term incentive programs, executive compensation, sales compensation, deferred compensation, discount programs or total reward technology and toolsLeverage external networks to provide subject matter expertise on changing market conditions, legislation, best practices, and/or advancements in technology to develop benefit philosophy, strategic plans, and ensure policies and programs are alignedResponsible for establishing and clearly communicating departmental strategy; providing feedback regarding tactical operations including resource allocation, goal setting, and managing performancePartner with stakeholders to develop and implement creative and proactive solutions to respond to organizational changes and remain compliant Develop strategy for compensation and benefits training, coaching, and communications in response to business need; partner with stakeholders to create tailored approach and deliverables Responsible for ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley processes and audit results are applied to relevant total rewards calculations, payments, and system processesDirect team and provide Subject Matter Expertise in complex, large-scale, and company-wide initiatives, and develop metrics and dashboards to assist with project managementManage technology, tools, and systems to support total rewards related activities and serve as subject matter expert for HRIS teamDetermine and implement appropriate staffingExperience RequiredDemonstrable experience with Compensation and Benefits across EMEA regionExperience with Workday preferred.Mastery of communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to effectively present information to internal and external associates.Advanced Microsoft Office Skills.Proven ability to lead and organize multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment with broad impact.Demonstrated ability to lead strategy behind mentoring and coaching for team(s) and to act as leadership advisor to lower-level management.Demonstrated ability to champion significant projects, programs, and business initiatives using creativity and ingenuity. Advanced ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret.CCP or equivalent designation preferred.CEBS or equivalent designation preferred.
