Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and overseeing the teams in Mold, comprising senior engineers, an apprentice, and a graduate
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to win new business and expand client relationships
- Ensuring the effective delivery of infrastructure projects with a focus on technical excellence
- Collaborating with the Welsh Government and NMWTRA on key projects
- Maintaining a high level of knowledge of industry standards and practices
- Mentoring and supporting team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement and development
- Representing the consultancy at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance business development
- Ensuring all projects comply with relevant legislation and quality standards
Job Requirements:
- Extensive experience in infrastructure project management and delivery
- Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in managing and developing teams
- Deep technical knowledge within the infrastructure sector, particularly in the HTP environment
- Ability to win new work and build robust client relationships
- Familiarity with the main industry players and stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related discipline
