Disability Support Worker - Saunderfoot, Pembrokeshire

Are you looking for a rewarding role and want to work with one of the biggest UK charities supporting people with learning disabilities?

We are looking for new Support Workers to join our fantastic team in Saunderfoot, Pembrokeshire We have part-time and full-time positions (37.5 hours per week) .

*£23,400+ per annum, pro rata + excellent benefits
*hourly rate £12 per hour

We can be flexible with the hours offered and welcome all applications from interested candidates.

Shifts will be spread across mornings, afternoons, and evenings on a 7-day rota*, with occasional sleep-ins, (average 2/3 per month)

( You will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45 for any sleep-in shifts carried out. The payment for sleep-ins is non-contractual.)

The people we support also have their mobility vehicles and enjoy going out into the community on many days out or even small road trips so having a UK Driving Licence for this role is essential.

You will be supporting them to live independently and supporting them to access and participate in their local community, whilst providing excellent care including personal care
and by being attentive, and reliable and supporting them to live the lives they want to live.
