Dispute Resolution - Contentious Probate

TeamJobs is excited to announce an excellent opportunity for an experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Paralegal to join our expanding Dispute Resolution team in the Yeovil office of a reputable Legal 500 firm with three locations across Somerset.

The Role:

As a Contentious Probate Fee Earner, you will play a pivotal role in managing a varied caseload involving both day-to-day and complex disputes related to probate matters. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients while driving business growth through effective networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of contentious probate cases.
• Work independently while also collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships to promote business growth.
• Ensure consistent delivery of a first-class service, demonstrating client and commercial awareness.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a motivated individual with:

• Proven experience as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Paralegal in Dispute Resolution, specifically in contentious probate.
• Strong communication, networking, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work under your own initiative as well as collaboratively within a team.
• A full driving licence and a vehicle, as travel to meet clients and visit other offices will be required.
