Dispute Resolution Lawyer (Channel Islands)

We are working with a few leading offshore firms who are looking to expand their Dispute Resolution teams in the Channel Islands.You will be involved in complex multi-jurisdictional disputes and work with clients such as multinational corporations, financial institutions, private equity houses, insolvency practitioners and high net worth individuals.We are looking for Associates and Senior Associates at various levels, with strong experience in either:Commercial litigationCorporate disputesInsurance disputesCivil litigationInsolvencyADR including arbitration and mediationIdeally, you will be a Lawyer qualified in England & Wales or Scotland (candidates with other Commonwealth qualifications will also be considered), have at least 3 years of litigation/ADR experience gained in an international or offshore law firm.
