Your Role & Responsibilities
As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor , you will Manage a varied caseload, including;
Contractual disputes
Debt recovery and insolvency matters
Contentious probate , including will validity challenges and Inheritance Act claims
Property litigation , including possession and dilapidation claims
Employment disputes , including Employment Tribunal claims and Settlement Agreements
What my client is looking for:
✔️ Strong expertise in at least one of the listed areas , with a willingness to develop in others
✔️ Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills
✔️ A proactive and commercially aware mindset
✔️ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
