Our client is seeking a proven Senior Manager / Division Director in a critical engineering and data centre environment who will play an integral part in pulling together their existing M&E teams into a cohesive business unit to continue targeting the DC sector. They already have in the region of £8M t/o in the industry, with their clientele including most of all the big names in the sector and many more! They have a fantastic reputation in the industry with a high percentage of their work coming from referrals or repeat business due to the high quality of their service delivery offering.
The ideal candidate must be technically astute within the Data Centre / Critical engineering industry, knowledgeable and experienced in both DC operations and Project Delivery, exceptional people skills (with both the client and reportees), Client facing, business-minded and Savvy, demonstrative track record in delivering electrical, mechanical, engineering related projects and the ability to manage the specialist teams ensuring successful completion, willing to occasional travel within the UK, budgetary and P & L responsibility, The company isn't a sales-driven organisation, but it does want someone who can develop more opportunities within its existing clients and customers.
