Divorce & Finance Solicitor

Our client, one of the biggest names in the regional Midlands area, is looking for an experienced Divorce & Finance solicitor to join their highly successful Family team.

This is a great opportunity to work with two highly experienced and leading partners on a range of matters.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on the implications of relationship breakdowns including divorce and separation.


• Advise and conduct nullity proceedings and deal with international and jurisdictional issues within divorce.


• Advise on implications of divorce on business and business assets.

Requirements

• Must be a qualified Family Lawyer or CILEX qualified with 1-5PQE


• Team member able to liaise across the wider Family department.


• There is scope to become HoD due to succession planning in the future, so someone ambitious and who is happy to step into those shoes.
