Divorces & Finances Solicitor

We are offering a full-time position for a Divorce/Finances Family Law Solicitor in Blackburn. The successful candidate will manage a range of family law cases, including both privately and publicly funded matters, with a focus on divorce and financial settlements.

Responsibilities include providing exceptional client service, assessing clients' financial eligibility, explaining funding options, instructing and liaising with counsel, experts, and third parties, and conducting advocacy when required.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year PQE or equivalent experience


• Excellent client care skills


• Experience working with sensitive and vulnerable clients


• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently


• Strong caseload management and project-management skills


• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
