As ENG Bauen continues to support various project groups across the UK and Europe, we are currently seeking an experienced�Document Controller for a long-term position working for a globally recognised engineering Orgnasation.

This is a permanet position where contribiute to the delivery�of a�significant CAPEX project based in Hull. This project involves not only a major upgrade but also the brownfield construction of a new, purpose-built production facility.

This opportunity is perfect for a Document Controls specialist who excels in managing projects from execution through to handover.

The role

• Distribution of project-related documentation to the internal team


• Files documents in physical and digital records


• Maintenance of company reputation in all dealings with the public and stakeholders


• Working in accordance with company procedures & guidelines


• Distribution of drawing transmittals and submittals to client


• Developing and maintaining efficient filing systems

The person

• Previous experience working as a Document Controller for EPC/Engineering companies


• Previous Experience with document management systems including document issuance and document archive activities


• Exceptional administration and organisational skills for document storage and upkeep of the document register


• Experience with Omega PIMS Document Control Module or similar document control software would be an advantage


• experience expediting vendor documentation would be an advantage
