Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous and highly organised Document Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all project documentation, ensuring that documents are properly stored, easily accessible, and accurately maintained throughout the project lifecycle.



Key Responsibilities:



Establish and maintain an effective document control system.

Ensure that all documentation complies with company standards and industry regulations.

Receive, distribute, and track project documents and drawings.

Maintain up-to-date records of all documents and drawings in the document control system.

Assist project teams in preparing, reviewing, and submitting documentation.

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure document control procedures are followed.

Perform regular audits to ensure documentation is complete and up to date.

Provide training and support to project teams on document control procedures.

Handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.



Qualifications and Skills:



Proven experience as a Document Controller in the construction industry.

Familiarity with document control software and systems.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in document control.

Education:



A relevant degree or diploma in construction management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
