The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing and organizing project documentation across multiple construction projects. This position involves ensuring all project-related documents are properly filed, distributed, and controlled in a timely manner while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience, in the construction industry. They will have a strong knowledge of construction documentation processes and terminology, proficiency in document management systems such as Aconex, Viewpoint or similar. Our client is seeking an individual with excellent organizations skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and management multiple projects.
