Their focus on creating a better future has positioned them as a leading force in the industry. They are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Document Controller to join their team in Kilsyth.
As a Document Controller, your responsibilities will include:
Establishing and maintaining computer and online digital document filing systems and project CDEs
Reviewing and distributing documents in line with agreed project procedures
Maintaining accurate digital records and registers, logging distributed documents
Processing responses to issued documents
Following up on responses to issued documents where necessary
Administering requests for information
Supporting project site teams with the handover documentation process and addressing document queries
Advising and providing guidance on archiving
Staying up to date with all company policies, procedures, industry legislation, and guidance relevant to your field, including GDPR
Experience
Experience within the construction industry working as a Document Controller or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to work autonomously.
Professional honesty and integrity in dealing with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
Team player willing to adapt in a challenging environment.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Ability to work and multi-task in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
