Document Controller

A leading mechanical and engineering company is looking for an experienced Document Controller to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing, storing, and controlling project documentation, including technical drawings and records, in accordance with company policies


• Ensuring accurate and timely distribution of documents to internal teams and external stakeholders


• Maintaining document registers, ensuring revisions and versions are accurately tracked


• Liaising with engineers, project managers, and contractors to ensure document control procedures are adhered to


• Conducting regular audits to ensure the accuracy and consistency of documentation


• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, including ISO 9001


• Assisting with the preparation of technical reports and documentation packages


• Safeguarding the confidentiality and security of sensitive project information

About You:

• Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail


• Proficiency in document control software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)


• Knowledge of document control standards such as ISO 9001


• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with cross-functional teams


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
