Document Controller

Document Controller Architect required to join one of Manchester's most well-respected and most forward-thinking Architectural practices.

This reputable firm of Architects have gone from strength to strength in recent years and have continued to expand and diversify their business across a wide range of project sectors including: Education, Commercia, Residential Leisure & Healthcare. They employ over 50 staff, most of whom are qualified Architectural professionals. They are as long-standing member of Manchester's Architectural community, and are always looking to employ the best people to join their business.

The role:

We are looking for someone that is comfortable to undertake the core responsibilities of an Document controller within a busy Architectural studio, this will include:

• Coordinating and organising all in-going and outgoing documentation related to project work and general administration within the company.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective communication between various parties.
• Utilising various software to make sure information is saved and stored in an easily accessible manner.
• Quality control of all issued information.
• Managing and standardising filing systems.
• Supporting Architectural project teams to ensure the smooth processing of information.

We are looking for someone smart, experienced and highly organised to undertake this exciting new Document controller role. Someone with an understanding of Architecture or a related discipline would be ideal, but this isn't essential to succeed in this role.

There offices are situated in a very well-connected part of Manchester. You can access the city centre in no time at all, or easily get to the M6, M56 or any of the main motorways. There is also on-site parking available for all staff.

A salary in the region of �30,000 will be offered alongside an excellent benefits package and enviable company culture.
