Our client is currently recruiting for a Document Controller. Based in Aberdeen, the role is on a permanent, full-time basis.
ROLE
To ensure all manufacturing records are populated with relevant documentation to work scopes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all documents coming into and out of the company are controlled and documented
- Raising purchase orders for both reimbursable and non-reimbursable products, when required too.
- Generate document control reports as required
- Prevent damage or deterioration of documents
- Maintain hard copies of project certification including material certification, goods received notes etc
- Adhere to Document Pack delivery dates as specified by the Client
- Input document data into electronic and hard-copy systems
- Produce reports for management meetings as required
- Compliance with the HSEQ Integrated Management System
REQUIREMENTS
- Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software Sage, Monday Planning, Procurement, and Invoicing
- Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
- Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems
