Our client is looking for a Marine HSEQ Superintendent for a permanent role, based in Aberdeen.

ROLE

The role will support the company's HSEQ and Marine activities as directed by the HSEQ Manager and Chief Operating Officer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Ensure all documents coming into and out of the businessare controlled and documented
  • Raising purchase orders for both reimbursable and non-reimbursable products, when required too.
  • Generate document control reports as required
  • Prevent damage or deterioration of documents
  • Maintain hard copies of project certification including material certification, goods received notes etc
  • Adhere to Document Pack delivery dates as specified by the Client
  • Input document data into electronic and hard-copy systems
  • Produce reports for management meetings as required
  • Compliance with the HSEQ Integrated Management System

REQUIREMENTS:


  • computer skills and knowledge of relevant software Sage, Monday Planning , Procurement, and Invoicing
  • knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
  • knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems
  • Communication skills - written and verbal
