Domestic Electrician

We work in social housing and provide reactive repairs for local authorities and housing associations .

We are looking to recruit an Electrician qualified to:
Level 3 Electrical Installation
18 th Edition
2391 Testing & Inspection

The ideal trades person will have worked in social housing.

The job requires work and travel in the South West London area (Lambeth, Merton, Sutton).

Properties are situated across all of these areas so there will be regular travel as a requirement of the job.

Experienced Qualified Electrician:

The role is to -
Carry out property repairs and maintenance works social housing
Working to Scope of Works on PDA for each job

Requirements for Job:
Full UK driving license not EU licence
Own tools
Fully qualified and able to provide copies of certificates
Experience of working in social housing
DBS certificate
ECS card

Hours of work are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday or Sunday in 4 required.
