Manpower is recruiting for an experienced Domestic Supervisor for a client based in Headington.
Details:
- �14.82 per hour
- 5 out of 7 days, rotational ( some weekends will be worked)
- 07:00 - 15:00
- No parking on site
Key Responsibilities/Account abilities Key Competencies:
- Manage and drive performance of the cleaning standards across the entire 24/7 operations
- Anticipate and address any quality related service delivery issues that may arise with the Assistant Shift Managers and Domestic teams
- Support the Assistant Shift Managers with any people performance related issues
- Drive innovation and quality improvement across the soft services delivery
- Work with fellow shift leaders to ensure consistent messaging, approach and objectives across all shifts
- Up skill domestic soft service team
