Drafting Trainer - Industrial Skills Training

Location: Saudi Arabia (Relocation package is included)Overview:We are seeking a Sr Industrial Skills Training Specialist Who Delivers and facilitates learning programs in classroom and field to ensure qualified workforce for respective business areas and functions. Works as a team member and subject-matter expert in the development, implementation and evaluation of curricula. Advises Industrial Skills Trainers/Instructors I & II regarding effective training techniques.Responsible as an exemplary trainer for instructing employees and trainers in skills, techniques, methods and procedures in one or more of the following areas: maintenance, operations, technical crafts, services, safety, driving, drafting, laboratory, construction, heavy equipment, security, etc. Instructs, serves and advises all levels to other instructors and teach high level technical courses. Serves as a Subject Matter.Expert (SME) and Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) team member during the development of curricula. Preferred Skills:Experience in using Microstation or AutoCAD Software.Experience in mentoring or delivering of instructions.Experience in Drafting works for either mechanical, civil works, structural or architectural.High level of computer and technology skills.Prepares and maintains training materials: lesson plans, in house quizzes, test, trainees’ records, supplies, tools and training aids. Instructs trainees in basic/intermediate/Advance plant activities in a classroom with skills, techniques, methods, language and procedures. Managing trainees and maintain class discipline. Develops, conducts and evaluates written, performance test and collect feedback. Education/Qualification :Local/Expat with Degree: BS Engineering or Associate Degree or two-year Diploma in Drafting Technology (Preferably Bachelor Degree in either Mechanical, Civil, or Architecture).Expat with No Degree: High School/Vocational School Diploma in Engineering Drawing.Experience :With Degree: Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant Oil & Gas field.No Degree: Minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant Oil & Gas field.
