Driver Administrator

We are currently working alongside one of the UK's leading providers of integrated road and rail freight logistics, providing complete supply chain coverage through a range of services including container transport and storage, domestic distribution, warehousing, freight management, and truck sales. They are looking for a Transport Administrator at their Stanford site.

Driver Administrator Job Overview

• Managing driver and delivery paperwork
• Contacting shipping lines to confirm status of containers
• Create VBS bookings for container collections
• Booking jobs on online platforms
• Arranging deliveries with customers
• Contacting logistics partners across the country to arrange back loads

Driver Administrator Job Requirements

• Previous Transport experience - desirable not essential
• Administrative experience
• High attention to detail
• The ability to work quickly and effectively within a team
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
