Driving Assessor – Responsibilities & Requirements
You will coach and mentor good driving behaviours
You will assess driving capabilities of Operatives in a range of vehicles and provide constructive feedback
You will identify Operatives capable of further training
You will ensure that the workforce is adhering to all policies in place
You will work closely with the Operations Manager and Training Manager to ensure that the workforce is completing all necessary tasks
Must have excellent communication skills
Must have a valid UK driving license
