Much like the Commercial Manager opportunity I'm hiring for in Leicester
It's working for a drylining contractor who rarely hire because people never want to leave, they're well run, and their staff are well looked after (very well at that) so they don't jump ship - their staff don't want to leave - who'd have thought?
You're looking at stepping into the shoes of a commercial manager/senior surveyor (truthfully we're happy to look at anyone with good surveying experience in drylining) leaning towards directorship, working just below the MD.
Salary up to £80k, plus various bonuses and benefits
A path towards directorship
