Dual Qualified Commercial Property & Residential Conveyancer – Norfolk or Suffolk

Contract Personnel are looking for a Dual Qualified Commercial Property & Residential Conveyancer for a highly established Solicitors across Norfolk & Suffolk, specialising in private client law, civil litigation & dispute resolution.

How does the day-to-day look?

• Managing a caseload of residential sales and purchases, including freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Preparing SDLT forms and handling other property-related transactions.
• Delivering excellent client care and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Liaising with clients and third parties to ensure smooth and timely progress of cases.
• Supporting and collaborating with other team members to achieve shared goals.

You will have:

• Three Years’ PQE

Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000
