As the Dual Registered Children's Residential Manager, you'll be responsible for:

- Leading the opening and setup of the new children's home.
- Ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and achieving registration.
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of care.
- Managing and supporting a team of dedicated care staff.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures.
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and external agencies.
- Monitoring and evaluating the home's performance and making improvements where necessary.
