Are you a fluent Dutch and/or German speaker with a passion for customer engagement? This is an exciting opportunity to join a renowned global membership organisation, handling inbound enquiries from potential members.
This is a really lovely role for a bilingual DUTCH/ENGLISH speaker. You will be dealing with inbound enquiries that come from the website of this well-known membership organisation, responding to the enquiry and engaging with the caller over the phone to assess their needs and then offering them membership packages/benefits and price points to consider. There's absolutely no cold calling-your role will focus on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and guiding them towards the best membership option. You'll have the opportunity to up-sell and showcase the value of membership while delivering outstanding service.
✅ Fluent Dutch and/or German speaker (English fluency required)
