Duty & Assessment - Team Manager - South England - £48p/hr

NonStop are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join our client's Duty and Assessment Team. This is your chance to support and guide our social workers, ensuring our children and young people receive the right interventions at the right time to improve their outcomes.

Role Highlights:

• Key Contribution: Play a vital role in delivering high-quality services and quality assurance work.
• Performance Management: Oversee and manage staff performance, ensuring excellence in practice.
• Restorative Approach: Model and champion our restorative approach, aimed at building, maintaining, and repairing relationships with children and families.
• Training and Development: Engage with mandatory training to further your skills and support our team's growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Team Manager in Safeguarding and court work.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to lead and develop the team.

Pay and Benefits:

• Competitive Pay: Up to £48 per hour for experienced Team Managers, based on frontline service experience and agreed upon with the hiring manager.
• Accommodation/Travel Allowance: Up to £150 per week for those living 50 miles or more from their work base, with claims evidenced by receipts.
