LOOM is looking for Duty Manager to be a central part of our growing team. Join our mission-driven start-up and help shape the future of Loom, bringing your full self to the role. We are starting in Islington with plans to expand across London and beyond offering plenty of room for growth.

WHO ARE YOU?
You hold a mid-level management position and want to grow into senior roles as we open new neighbourhood clubs
You have managed multi-faceted venues with both wet & dry offering as well as entertainment/activities
You have previous experience as a floor manager, supervisor or bar manager
You are a natural front of house people person with a passion for delivering authentic guest experiences
You understand that networking and rapport building are central to our mission of building a close-knit community
YOU MIGHT HAVE
Worked in members club or other hospitality led business (restaurant, co-working or hotels)
Experience and enjoy managing venues
Experience creating social media content and managing a social media business account
Experience planning and running events

WHAT WE OFFER?
£31,500 - £33,000 per annum dependent on experience

THE JOB ROLE
You will oversee the day to day running of a wellness & experience-focused members club in the heart of Islington (London)
Leading from the front, you will be at the heart of the club and community
You with your team will be in charge of delivering & developing an exciting and authentic member experience
You will have full accountability for both wet & dry stock
Personal Licence Holder preferred
