DVP Engineer

They are looking for an EDS DVP Engineer to join their expanding team on a 12 month Contract basis. The role will be based hybrid in CoventryJob DescriptionAs EDS DVP Engineer your main responsibilities are:Liaise with the wider EDS team to ensure that the designs conform to all customer and internal requirements / specifications.Develop the wire harness Design Verification Plan aligned to project timing using customer or Client tools.Support the wider engineering team in DFMEA / SCSS creation and maintenance.Create and maintain regular DV Reports and glide paths to report out project status.Ensure all test reports and evidences are fully uploaded into customer or Client system.Validate and update as required the project DV Plans as cascaded from customer.Qualifications / Skills requiredExtensive experience of Automotive DVP processSolid understanding of vehicle EDS and electrical systemsUnderstanding of EDS design and development process.Experience collaborating with cross functional teamsWhy work through Contechs?Contechs is a strategic partner to the automotive industry, providing innovative design and engineering services to global OEMs, from concept to production.
