Dynamics 365 Application Consultant – Shortlisting/interviewing immediately

Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Application Consultant to analyse business requirements, design and implement high-quality solutions, and deliver customizations, integrations, and new functionalities within the Dynamics 365 environment. You will have the opportunity to work across both Dynamics 365 CE and F&O, driving strategic improvements and collaborating with a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

\n
• Analyse business processes and provide technical guidance on Dynamics 365 solutions.
\n
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, develop, and deploy customizations and integrations.
\n
• Create detailed delivery plans, estimate resources, and secure budgets for changes.
\n
• Conduct design playback sessions and gather stakeholder feedback.
\n
• Provide training and technical support to ensure successful adoption of changes.
\n
• Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features in D365 and related technologies.
\n
• Lead or support project management and business analysis efforts, ensuring projects are completed on time.
\n

Skills & Experience:

\n
• 6 years of experience in D365 implementations (Sales, Marketing, Power Platform, or F&O).
\n
• Strong project management experience (Agile, Waterfall) and technical leadership.
\n
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
\n
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is desirable.
\n
• A proactive mindset with a passion for process optimization and system improvement.
\n

Salary:
Up to £90K, depending on experience.

Location:
Hybrid flexibility with office-based work in Birmingham.
