Job Title: Dynamics 365 CRM Support Consultant
Were working with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner who specialise in charities and the not for profit sector. The company are currently around 100 employees strong but have plans to grow by 20-30% this year.
They are currently hiring for a D365 CE/CRM Support Consultant to work on a remote basis.
You will be supporting the companys CRM customers who are mostly Charities and Not for Profits and this role has a natural progression into a consultant position.
The company offer a salary of up to £35,000 DOE and a comprehensive benefits package. On top of this they offer some unique perks such as allowing employees to take one day a month fully paid to volunteer with a charity of their choice and their work from anywhere scheme, which allows you to take your work anywhere in the world for two weeks per year.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming support calls in a polite and efficient manner.
Recording all relevant information for future resolution of the call.
Resolving the call within the scope of training or escalating to another team member.
Promoting the company in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Must have previous experience support Dynamics CRM or 365 CE.
Excellent customer service skills and clear communication
Ability to work under pressure and to agreed SLAs
Knowledge of the following is considered a plus: Power Platform, Power Automate, SSIS, SQL, Kingswaysoft
Previous experience working in an IT service or software provider is considered a plus
