This role offers the chance to work with cutting-edge technologies and significantly impact our clients' success.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and processes.Conduct requirements gathering sessions and document business processes.Translate business requirements into functional specifications.Configure Dynamics 365 CE to align with business requirements.Conduct functional testing and ensure solution quality.Provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption.Assist in project planning and provide input on best practices and solutions.Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and customization.Qualifications:Extensive experience as a Functional Consultant specializing in Dynamics 365 CE.Strong understanding of business processes and best practices in CRM.Expertise in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CE.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions for clients and stakeholders.
