Dynamics CE Technical LeadLocation: United Kingdom Salary: Up to £95k Microsoft Gold Partner Position Overview:Reporting to the D365 Manager, the Dynamics 365 Senior Technical Consultant will provide design authority and technical escalation for Dynamics and Power Platform projects.Key Responsibilities:Full Project Lifecycle: Participate in the complete project lifecycle, from pre-sales and requirement gathering to CRM solution implementation and training.Implementation: Deploy Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online solutions.Solution Development: Translate customer requirements into functional solutions using the Power Platform stack and supporting infrastructure.Capability Insight: Understand and leverage the functional capabilities and limitations of Dynamics 365, identifying creative solutions to meet requirements without custom code when possible.Integration Design: Design integration topologies for Dynamics 365 with the Office 365 & Azure stack, and integrate business processes and data flows between D365, Power Apps, and other back-office applications.Technical Support: Provide technical escalation for day-to-day support of customer D365 & Power Platform solutions.Customer Engagement: Attend customer sites, deliver presentations, and lead workshops as necessary.Knowledge Transfer: Provide training and knowledge transfer to other technical team members, acting as a mentor and support resource.Research & Development: Research products, technologies, and solutions to resolve client problems, and develop standards to guide others. You may be required to achieve relevant qualifications to become a product specialist.Essential:Hands-on experience developing and deploying PowerApps.Experience with PowerAutomate development and deployment.Hands-on experience with various Dynamics 365 modules.Ability to architect and design Dynamics solutions from business requirements or user stories.Familiarity with effort, story point, t-shirt size, or similar estimation methodologies.Desirable:Microsoft accreditation in Dynamics or the PowerPlatform.Experience in PowerBI Report/Dashboard development with knowledge of best practices.Experience building, scoping, or supporting custom plugins or JavaScript extensions for the PowerPlatform.Experience with Azure technologies for platform integration or extension.Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at all business levels.Experience as a partner on Dynamics or PowerPlatform projects.Familiarity with Azure DevOps.Knowledge of multiple Dynamics 365 applications.Experience with Dynamics Dual Write technology.Experience integrating Dynamics Dataverse with Dynamics Business Central.Personal Attributes:Team Player: Energetic, analytically strong, and eager to develop and enhance technical capabilities.Flexibility: Approach each task with flexibility, respect for the customer, and pride in your work.Self-Motivated: Demonstrated drive for personal development and continuous learning.
