Working with the Business Analysis practice and client teams to design, build, oversee, and implement solutions using the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 customer engagement first-party applications. What will the CRM Solution Architect be doing day-to-day?Advising customers on the fit of Microsoft Dynamics to their environment, infrastructure, functional and non-functional needs, and their compliance requirementsLeading the architecture and technical design of Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Service and Marketing solutions, Power Platform and Field ServicesInterface with BAs, SME end-users and functional leads to ensure architecture and design meets their needs including integration with third party systemsGuiding the design of the Dynamics functional and technical teams on the projectSupporting the Delivery Lead planning delivery of solutions and their implementationWhat type of experience does the Dynamics 365 CE Solution Architect need to be successful in this role?Must have experience in Microsoft stack with strong experience working as a Technical Consultant or Architect in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM)Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and experience of working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics CRM/365 CE (4.0, 2011, 2013, 2016, 365)Solution Design: Lead the design of solutions with BAs, SME end-users and Dynanmics 365 Functional Lead to understand customers environment and advise on fit of Dynamics to their needs including integration with third party systems. Architecture Development: Define the overall solution architecture for D365 CE/Power Platform projects, including system integrations, data models, security, and scalability considerations. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices, standards, and architectural guidelines.Solution Implementation: Collaborate with development teams to oversee the implementation of solutions, review code, and ensure the quality and performance of the delivered solution.Requirement Analysis: Conduct detailed requirement analysis, identify gaps, and propose appropriate d365 CE/Power Platform components and customizations to meet client needs.Integration and Data Management: Design and implement integrations between D365/Power Platform/LOB systems, leveraging connectors, APIs, and data manipulation techniques to ensure seamless data flow.Security and Compliance: Define and implement security measures and compliance standards within Power Platform solutions, including data privacy, access controls, and governance policies.Technical Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides, to facilitate solution understanding and support.Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to demonstrate and explain solution architectures, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with their business requirements and technical constraints.Leadership approval : Engage with Architecture Boards to present the solution and seek approval.Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest D365 CE/Power Platform features, updates, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for incorporating them into solution designs and implementations.Technical Proposals: Experience in presales, Workshops, and proposals with detailed estimates for new opportunitiesEssential Technical Skills:Expert experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM and related technologies.Expert experience working with Power Platform and related technologies with strong knowledge/ and expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate (previously Flow), Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents,.Lead experience working with ALM methodologies in Azure DevOps/GIThub including repositories, pipelines, and test plans pertaining to D365/Power platform/integration.Deep understanding of relevant Azure services such as Azure logic apps, API service, Web Jobs , Data Lake, Data Factory, Synapse, and Azure Functions.Lead experience working with MS SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, KingswaySoft and/or other prominent data migration and integration solutions.Working knowledge of the Microsoft development stack such as .NET, JavaScript, ASP.NET, MVC, C# .Net for Plugins and custom workflows, Integrations using .NetKnowledge of Web development, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, Javascript and SQLGood to have experience and knowledge ofDynamics for MarketingMicrosoft Azure Power Apps and PortalField ServicesCustomer InsightWhat education and certification credentials are needed for this role?Educated to degree level or equivalentTOGAF certified ideallyCertified in an Agile methodology Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM certification (preferably Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales– MB-210) is highly desirableMicrosoft certifications in Power Platform (e.g., Power Platform App Maker, Power Platform Functional Consultant, Power Platform Developer and Solution architecture)If you wish to apply kindly email your profile through to #####
