We are recruiting for a full time, permanent role as an E-Billing Assistant based in Belfast. Salary £24,000 - £26,000 - depending on experience The Department The Finance department including eBilling, billing, and credit control, led by the Working Capital Manager, work closely with the fee-earning departments to ensure client bills are issued in a timely manner, that any work in progress (WIP) is followed up on and that billing is maximised on a monthly basis. The successful candidate will ideally have Knowledge and experience of windows-based packages such as Microsoft Outlook and Word. Be proficient in using Excel. Have good numeracy skills. Have the ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent organisational skills. Knowledge of computerised billing systems (3E desirable, however not essential). Previous experience in a finance function and/or a legal environment (desirable, however not essential). Experience of E-Billing systems/requirements/processes (desirable, however not essential). Key competencies Clear and concise written and oral communication skills.
