E-Commerce Assistant

We are seeking an E-Commerce Assistant to join the dynamic team.

Office based 4 days - after probation 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting the management of the e-commerce platforms and systems in partnership with the marketing and e-commerce team.


• Oversee assets and product data on-site to support product information, navigation and promotional campaigns.


• Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey


• Support new product and service launches.


• Contribute to the weekly commercial sessions providing input from a digital perspective.


• Form strong relationships with the broader Ecommerce, Marketing and IT teams to make sure you can deliver the changes required to enhance our journey.

Qualifications:

• Degree within an e-commerce or marketing field


• Some existing experience of working within an E-commerce role (this may be a University placement)
