Key responsibilities of E-Commerce Manager: To oversee day-to-day warehouse operations,
To manage all E-Commerce department workflows and processes, with a focus is on boosting sales, improving efficiency, and cutting costs in operations and fulfillment.
To negotiate contracts and rates for E-Commerce partners, such as couriers, SaaS providers, and external agencies/contractors, ensuring smooth collaborations.
Leading a diverse E-Commerce team, driving performance through engaged leadership and high standards.
Collaborating with Purchasing and Marketing teams
Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, launching company-wide promotions and enhancing online marketing channels.
Reporting to CEOs and Heads, provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics, including department P&L analysis.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational or technical issues, ensuring seamless operations.
About You: Passionate about the food industry
Experience in managing e-commerce divisions and proficiency in Google Analytics,
Bringing a sound understanding of digital marketing for B2C.
Skilled in team management, project prioritization, and multitasking
Be adept at meeting deadlines and engaging with stakeholders.
Strong communication, presentation, and leadership abilities,
Talent for developing team members
This role involves working weekdays and occasionally weekends
