Thorn Baker's social housing specialist client is looking for an EA Framework Manager to join their growing team in Worcester. Your Responsibilities:

• To oversee the application of a number of our Framework Contracts and be a key contact for our own staff, strategic delivery partners and others using this delivery vehicle.
• Be the recognised authority giving sound advice on Framework interpretation and actively promoting its take-up by other Risk Management Authorities.
• Assist the Operations Director to ensure teams get the maximum benefit from these arrangements.
• Apply the Framework to complex projects and programmes of work that embed best practice and develop long-term collaborative partnership arrangements that deliver for both us and society.
• Provide region-wide support to our teams as part of the EA Framework Management Team accessing several discreet frameworks and standalone contracts. Bea champion of effective governance and framework management, and quickly develop excellent relationships internally and externally.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years' experience in house building
• Track record of successful management and delivery of projects as well as experience of successful partnership working, relationship development and management
• Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Team player who takes ownership for delivering outcomesand remains calm, effective and positive even when under pressure.
