This position requires a dedicated and highly organised Executive Assistant (EA) who will ensure smooth operations within the Secretarial & Business Support department of a leading industrial/manufacturing company. The chosen candidate will be a key team member, providing comprehensive support to senior management.

Description

  • Supporting the senior management by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Organising and maintaining files and records for the department.
  • Preparing reports and documents as required.
  • Acting as the point of contact for external stakeholders.
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
  • Managing office supplies and coordinating with vendors.
  • Participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned.

Profile

A successful EA should have:

  • Experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
