Description
- Supporting the senior management by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Organising and maintaining files and records for the department.
- Preparing reports and documents as required.
- Acting as the point of contact for external stakeholders.
- Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Ensuring confidentiality of sensitive and proprietary information.
- Managing office supplies and coordinating with vendors.
- Participating in special projects and performing other duties as assigned.

A successful EA should have:
- Experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector.

Job Offer
