Description
Managing complex overseas travel arrangements and accompanying the CEO on travel abroad.
Managing and coordinating schedules and appointments for the CEO
Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
File and retrieve documents and reference materials
Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
Manage and maintain executive's schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
Arrange and coordinate meetings and events
Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communicationsProfile
A successful EA should have:
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
Agility and ability to cope with fast pace change
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion with confidential matters
Ability to travel abroad with events
