My client is a highly reputable global law firm widely known for their D&I contributions such as the Women of the Year Awards 2022, they are now looking for a driven and personable Early Careers Advisor (16-18 year olds) to join their busy London offices on a permanent basis.The main purpose of this role will be to work with the business to provide access to the firm for 16-18 year olds, reporting to the Trainee Recruitment Team Leader working closely with Trainee Recruitment Advisors and Coordinators to ensure the recruitment of the best and most diverse talent from the widest possible pool, as well as ensuring a strong pipeline from an early stage.The key duties will include: Planning and developing annual courses, programmes & competitions involving management of marketing materials, processing documents and communications, hosting of events and session delivery (virtual and in-person), liaising with internal teams, stakeholders and budget management.Effectively managing established and new providers, as well as hosting events, completing reports and market research working closely with Rare, schools, sixth forms, internal networks and clients.Supporting the Graduate Recruitment Advisor with ad-hoc recruitment activity such as conducting HR interviews, running and attending wash up, hosting Milkround events and being a key contact to students on schemes.Ensuring students from our 16-18 programmes are pipelined onto the first-year programmes and opportunities while building ongoing relationships with students throughout school and university.The Early Careers Advisor (16-18 year olds) will have experience within the 16-18 recruitment space managing apprenticeships and/or Learning & Development programs. Along with significant programme management experience and content creation and session delivery. It will be essential to demonstrate strong administrative experience whilst managing high volumes of processes. The right candidate will have experience of project management and complex scheduling responsibilities whilst being confident in recruitment skills including interviewing. The Early Careers Advisor (16-18 year olds) will have the ability to form relationships with key stakeholders and manage a range of providers along with possessing high proficiency in strong IT skills.
