Are you a passionate and compassionate Early Careers Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of students with special educational needs and disabilities?
We are currently recruiting an Early Careers Teacher to join SEND schools across Liverpool on a full-time, long-term basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your teaching career while supporting students with SEND and SEMH needs in an inclusive, nurturing environment.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • A strong desire to work with SEND/SEMH students and make a meaningful impact on their educational journey.
  • Ability to adjust your teaching style to meet the individual needs of each student.
  • Patience, empathy, and resilience in a dynamic classroom setting.
  • Willingness to complete necessary background checks for working with vulnerable children.
