Vision for Education is excited to partner with a dynamic school in Dartford, Kent, to recruit an Early Careers Teacher (ECT) for a September 2025 start. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual eager to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and inspiring school environment.

As an Early Careers Teacher, you will be provided with a structured induction programme, mentoring, and ongoing professional development to help you grow and succeed in your teaching career. You will be expected to:



  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of your students.


  • Support a positive learning environment where all students are motivated to achieve their best.


  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.


  • Assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.


  • Participate in school-wide initiatives and extra-curricular activities.


  • Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and continually improve


To be considered for the role of Primary Teacher you will:


  • Qualified Teacher Status or relevant teaching qualification
  • Good behaviour management skills
  • Be available between 1-5 days per week (Monday to Friday)

Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:


  • QTS or relevant teaching qualification
