Job Overview

GIANT FREIGHT require hard working and reliable self-employed early morning/ night delivery drivers to join their team. Your will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting newspapers and magazines for our client.

Same route every day

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to designated locations


• Load and unload newspapers and magazines from the vehicle


• Follow delivery/ collection instructions that will vary from shop to shop


• Follow delivery schedules and routes


• Ensure all deliveries are completed on time


• Accurately count the correct number of newspapers for your route and load into the van


• Perform legal daily vehicle checks on you vehicle

Experience

• Delivery experience preferred but not essential as full raining will be provided


• Experience driving a larger vehicle


• Heavy lifting and manual handling knowledge


• Warehouse experience a bonus
