Job Opportunity: Qualified Bank Staff - Early Years Practitioners
Locations: Keighley & Skipton
Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 3 days a week
Salary: Up to �13 per hour

Are you a dedicated Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for flexible work across Keighley and Skipton? We are currently seeking qualified bank staff to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality early years care and education. If you're passionate about working with young children, enjoy variety in your work, and are open to travelling between different locations, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, engaging, and nurturing care to children aged 0-5 years.
• Support the planning, delivery, and assessment of EYFS-based activities.
• Create a stimulating learning environment tailored to children's individual needs.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high standards of care and development.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers, supporting children's progress.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing assessments.

Essential Qualifications & Requirements:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent).
• Experience working with young children in an early years setting.
• Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 3 days a week.
• Willingness to travel to both Keighley and Skipton as required.
• A passion for child development and delivering high-quality care.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in various settings as part of a team.
