Shifts: Mixed Shifts Between 07:30 and 17:00

This full-time, year-round role involves working mixed shifts between 07:30 and 17:00, providing a dynamic and engaging environment for early years education.

Qualifications: Level 3 or Equivalent Required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality early years education in line with the school's outstanding curriculum.
  • Create a stimulating, nurturing, and safe learning environment for children.
  • Plan and implement engaging activities that support children's development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Monitor and record children's progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of educators to ensure the holistic development of each child.
  • Maintain strong communication with parents, caregivers, and colleagues to foster a supportive community.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs and interests of children.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in an early years setting, ideally within an international or independent school.
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and best practices in early years education.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours with mixed shifts between 07:30 and 17:00.
  • A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
