Empowering Learning is excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join a vibrant primary school in Waltham Forest. This full-time role begins in September and extends for the entire academic year, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on young learners in their formative years.

Position: Early Years Educator
Location: Primary School in Waltham Forest
Contract: Full Academic Year, Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that foster children's development and learning.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for young children.
• Support children's social, emotional, and physical development through interactive play and structured activities.
• Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and contributing to reports.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure each child's needs are met.
• Implement and adhere to school policies, particularly those related to safeguarding and health and safety.

Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in an Early Years setting, preferably within a primary school.
• A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
